Starting in January 2018, the U-M Library set about launching an initiative to co-create with all its stakeholders, a new service and space strategy. Human-centered design was big part of this approach. I was invited to lead a workshop introducing Human-centered design to Library staff, and planting the seeds for how everyone involved would be able to use it to further their mission.
